My husband get normal erection during masturbation but during intercourse he cant perform properly.He ask me to whip him naked ,then only he get good and lasting erection.During his teens he was broughtup by a very strict governess.

It sounds as though your husband has a fetish for female dominance or is a masochist. He needs that stimulation in order to perform or to climax for that reason.
