Ok,i'm just trying to get some advice. Yesterday i was carrying my baby inhis carrier and fell and the handle hit my stomach veryhard even some bile came up(baby is fine)and rolled my ankle. My stomach is tender to the touch and hurts to cough but there is no outside trauma on it, no blood in stool or anything like that, my ankle is painful but ibelieve thats just a sprain. Do you think its nesisary to go to doctor, i don't have insurance so Iwant another opinion before i go.

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

It is possible to have internal stomach injury and even if you are not having some visible symptoms but since tenderness is there and also ankle has been hurted it is advisable to visit a Physician and get yourself examined.

Take Care!
