I have question. Three years ago I injured my right ankle bad when I climbed a fence and jumped over it and twisted my body around to avoid a garden on that side and landed in a hole and heard a pop in my ankle. Can the hip hurt now from that impact long ago? Is it possible that I may have injured it from the fall? I did get ankle surgery but waited a while after I injured it so probably the hip could have been affected also. I know my knee sometimes hurts and it also pops. Just from the impact and the duration of the injury it doesn't surprise me that other body parts on my right side may have been affected also.

I also fell in the shower back in May and hurt my wrist, so I could have hurt my hip too. I know I did hurt both my sides but withn a week, it felt better. So, I don't know what is causing the hip pain.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Cassie
