I am always hungry but most of the day food just sounds horrible. If I dont eat I feel sick but if I eat i get sick. I eat saltines but I cant eat them all day, they start to distgust me. What am I supposed to do? Is it better for me to eat and throw it up or just eat when i dont feel sick?

I think it's better to just eat. I have the EXACT same thing happening and I try to just stuff it down. Because I just figure how else is this baby supposed to grow? haha. It's so different now that I'm pregnant because now when I'm hungry I feel guilty cause I'm not the only hungry one Smile.

remedy
try drinking a warm glass of warm water, squeeze lemon, and 1 tsp honey in it and drink it. I know it sounds weird but believe me it works. right now my older sister, my sister-in-law, and myself are all pregnant, and we all use this method and it really works with nautiousness and indigestion.
