Stomach Cancer Answer A10058
Hi and welcome to the forum! I am glad that I can help you.

You would like to know whether you might experience stomach cancer.

Stomach cancer appears in individuals with a family history of stomach issues such as gastritis and ulcers. It is characterized with pain and discomfort in the upper middle part of the abdomen, the same symptoms that appear in gastritis and ulcers. The disease is rather quiet and slow. Individuals may experience weight loss for about twenty kilograms, and appetite loss. Stomach cancer is diagnosed with a gastroscopy and a biopsy. It is treated with surgery and radioactive therapy.

Given the data that you described you may be experiencing acid reflux or gastritis. Since you have all the factors to develop ulcers and possible cancer, you may think about having a gastroscopy and a biopsy to rule out cancer. The feeling of needles and pins in your neck, legs and arms is not connected to any kind of stomach issues. It could be either due to spondylosis (degenerative osteoarthritis that affects the joints between the vertebrae) or due to transitory ischemia of the sensitive center of the brain. You may consider having an RTG of the neck spinal column to rule out spondylosis. You may want to see a neurologist to rule out any neurological conditions.

Please keep in mind that I provide medical information only. I am not able to diagnose medical conditions online. Please contact your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider such as a gastroenterologist and a neurologist for further advice and information about diagnosis and treatment of your current condition.
