Is it normal for me to have a CRAZY HUGE APPETITE during my period ? for me it seems like i dont get PMS symptoms before my period, i get them DURING. i went out and got 3 buckets of ice cream today LOL ! i ate a box of spaghetti , chips, chili.. i am a small person so this is really weird.. xD

PMS is a cluster of symptoms, one being moodiness and another is an increase in appetite.

Not every woman gets PMS...

You're within the normal range...

oooooo yes...right before i get my period I find myself craving anything really salty or really sweet..mostly chocolate Smile
