Q: HSG hysteroalpinosgography while pregnant

My doctor recommended a HSG, hysteroalpinosgography after having tryed to conceive for 6 months without success.

The test was done 7 days after my period as told.

I just found out that I am 10 weeks pregnant, that my period was not a "real period" so I was actually 4 weeks pregnant when the HSG test was done.

Can you tell me what the risks involved are ?
Have you heard of some similar experiences because from the readings I find it seems to be quite rare that this happens.

Thank you for your help.

Hello, I hope you don't mind me asking but has the HSG test affected your baby in any way that you know of?

I'm in the same boat, I had the HSG test on day 8 of what I thought was my cycle but it turns out what I thought was a period was implantation bleeding.

Thanks!
