Has anyone experienced ongoing discomfort or rectal bleeding after an HSG?

I have some discomfort along my right side that comes and goes, a mild reverse fever (96.0, 97.4), discomfort across the abdomen when I lay down and a small amount of rectal bleeding this morning that is now, no longer evident.

I did not have any vaginal discharge following a recent HSG procedure. Could this be the reason for what I am experiencing?
