Hi, ok basically im applying to join the army and have been defered due to a 1 off high blood pressure reading . On thursday im getting a 24hr abpm and was wondering although this may sound silly. Is have sex while the monitor is on a stupid idea, will this drastically increase my readings? I only ask because my gf is getting back from holiday and i haven't seen her in 3 weeks.
