Q: hpv / warts

I was diagnosed with hpv about 5 months ago and just recently started getting what i think are tiny little warts on my hand but they almost look like little blisters and they hurt, should i be concerned?

Anytime you have pain associated with a skin change, it is wise to see a doctor.
