hpv virus side effects ?

18 months ago I had severe vaginal itching, was treated for thrush 5 times, still continued then had blocked sebaceous gland on vagina, was told it would clear up (hasn't) started getting a burning sensation in face then a small wart on eyelid, was told just a skin tag, (proven later was not), burning in face persists still after 9 months , all blood tests and std tests clear, have been treated for blepharitis, conjuntivitus, sinusitus, as face swelled alot and all pores on face opened and still are (8 MONTHS LATER STILL BURNING) developed wart growths around my vagina got biop results 2day, micro :warty tissue 0.6cm, macro: skin showing papillomatous lesion with hpv related change, my main concern is even though it is classed as std/i and only treatment by gum clinic, since my lymph nodes in my groin have been swollen for 18months now I have been losing hair on my scalp, elasticity in my face producing many lines and very painful (only 33) could this all be put down to the hpv virus or should I be looking at other things except swollen lymph nodes and warts?
