What do you mean by "internal" spreading?
Where were the warts located first, and then where they spread to?

i would like to know the answer to this question too. if you at one point had anal warts can the virus be spread through the colon with the colonscopy tube? if you dont have active warts is it possible? and if you do have active warts is it possible to spread the virus/warts throughout your colon?
