Q: HPV or genital herpes

hello,

i have encountered genital herpes (HPV) some think like 5 or 6 years ago.... and now a little swelling (like bump) with reddish skin surrounding it... and this skin is very dry.... what should i do???
is there any medicine i could take???

i cant afford to go to a doctor now, and the state has suspended my medicaid....
