Q: HPT testing time

Hi everyone my Hubby and I have been TTC for the past few momths but really trying this past cycle. Today AF is suppose to show up but she hasn't yet and I don't have any signs of her at all. I was wondering if I take a HPT in the middle of the day if it will make a big difference between my first morning urine? If I wait like at least 4 hours to pee and then test will it make that big of a difference or should I just test tomorrow morning? I took a test Friday the 15th and it was negative, but I also didn't use my first morning urine either.

I would wait until tomorrow...give AF a chance to show. Her flight might have been delayed or she may have had trouble getting a taxi. But if she doesn't show take an HPT tomorrow morning.
