Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

Home pregnancy tests will only tell you whether you are pregnant or not. They just detect HCG in urine. To know how far you are, you can calculate you’re your last period, or go for a vaginal ultrasound or do a blood pregnancy test (which is least reliable of the methods). Hope this helps.
