We all know that most of people are suffering from anxiety disorders and have some stress also. So how we can get rid of anxiety and what are the best medicine available for it?

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on individual presentation and severity, the therapy is modified. Initially, behavioral cognitive therapy, relaxing exercises, psychotherapy and deep breathing meditation can be tried.

If counselling and the above therapies fail to help then medication like the benzodiazepines can help.

I would definitely say exercising is important too. It's not everyone's favorite but it really can help.
