how can I stop squirting during sex. sometimes it gushes out of me and it can be embarrassing

Hello,
Welcome to ehealth forum.

The squirting that you have while having intercourse is a possible "female orgasm". Not all women have it, it happens at the height of sexual pleasure due to stimulation of the G-Spot.
The other possibility is probable urinary incontinence if you tend to have it even otherwise (when not having intercourse, and have something like urine leaking from vagina).
You can discuss with your doctor/gynecologist to examine you to find out if there is any incontinence at all, and if the examination findings come out normal, then it is "female orgasm".
