Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.

Painful intercourse and lack of libido can suggest serious underlying problems.
Discuss your symptoms with your healthcare provider/gynecologist, and get a thorough examination and investigation done to look for any possible infection.
If all the tests come back normal, then the problem could be psychological, which occurs in few women and is called 'frigidity', it should be identified, and treated with counseling combined with medical help.
Early recognition and treatment will help you prevent complications with your health and also personal life.

Hope this helps. Do not delay your discussion with your gynecologist.
Take care.
