I had an MRI of the brain and I can't make heads or tales of the report. I can't see a doctor right away and I need answers as to how to read the report.

What is discrete foci hyperintensity within the white matter in frontal and to a lesser degee in the parietal regions, and finding are said to be nonspecific but may represent microvascular angiopathy???

There are some white spots that are not close to each other. The diagnosis COULD be microvascular angiopathy, depending on your clinical symptoms; this is secondary to an underlying condition (something else caused the angiopathy).
