I suffer from muscles cramps in the night and my toes join together giving me immense pain. This happens when I walk for sometime or even when I just stretch my legs.
Kindly tell me how I should avoid getting pain.
Hi, I didnt see a doctor reply yet. I am not a medical doctor but are you getting enough Potassium, magnesium and such? You could try getting these supplements from a Health food store. Talk to somone who works there to find out what kind of supplements you can take. Are you also drinking enough water and getting enough exersise...A good massage may also help. Do you have any nerve pain issues from you back or anything? That can also cause muscles spasams and such. You could also try heating and icing on the problem areas.
