how to make a decent meal

I feel like I am constantly busy and there is no time left to make a decent meal. How do you do it????

You MUST prioritize it. Set aside 20 minutes in the evening to prepare a meal. Some of my favorites are:

spaghetti with tun and red peppers
tuna melt sandwich
omelette with onion and garlic
tossed salad and good bread
grilled chicken or salmon

These all require 20 minutes or less...but you have to make time!!!
