I don't think they have a regular schedule here. I think they just check the forums on their free time. Your best bet is to submit a detailed question to the "Ask a Doctor" section. There, the doctors are more likely to answer it, but non-doctors can't reply until after the doctor has. So also submit the question to the regular forum, also being as specific as possible without being too wordy, so the rest of us can reply if we think we have information that can help.
