Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Keeping vaginal clean involves keeping it dry and clean, maintaining hygiene, rinsing well with water while having bath, avoiding masturbation, avoid high sugar containing foods, maximizing yogurt intake, avoiding vaginal douches, or use of harsh soap that can affect the vaginal pH making it more susceptible to infection, using condoms if having intercourse, using dental dams/gloves while having oral sex/fingering, using loose cotton undergarments, making sure you take out the tampon used, avoiding sprays and scented soaps, having foods that contain some amount of estrogen, and finally visiting your doctor/gynecologist for regular examination and follow-up.
Take care.
