Q: how to handle the ex's suspicious boyfriends

what rights do i have, as the kids' father, to find out about my ex's boyfriends (she won't tell me full names or anything, i'd like to be checking megan's law on these guys!) that she brings around my kids when she has them?

i've always been open and communicated to her about women i bring around, she just refuses to reciprocate! do i have any legal rights (i would love to get full custody of them, i don't believe she cares for them very well)?

I'm not sure but you could find out. I'm sure if you thought there might be something wrong with them/him or they were in some kind of danger around him then I don't see why not.
