Hi Everyone, I have been trying these for months and months but it doesn’t help me anymore. I am talking about six pack abs that I am trying to get. I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted). So, now can anyone suggest me any ways or ideas to get them

Plz give your valuable suggestions!!!

First of all, I would like to tell you that each and everyone has their own way to get them but not all are success. You will be given a hundred solutions if you go on asking different people, like the gym you joined or the tricks that you had been told. So, it’s better for you follow a certain routine for this.

Iam having a hard time getting off during sex
Hey guys I am 25 years old and I have no problem getting hard and in fact I can stay hard for hours, but for some reason I am not getting off very often with my girlfriend who is great in bed and we are very connected on every level. I have a problem with texture if she is to wet then I dont feel anything and if she is to dry then I dont feel anything. Is there anything I can do or is there something wrong with me or us? She can get me off with a blow job, but it can take awhile or just like when I am having sex the texture is very specific. she gets me off with a handjob with lube and blow job 50 percent of the time. Anyway any advice or knoweledge will help. Thanks so much

Please start a new thread. To the original OP, some people, no matter what they do, cannot acheive a six pack. Myself included. And I am female. Its all in the genes. However, weight training, push ups, crunches (and not just the lift your head to your knees, lift your head to one knee and then go back down and lift it to the opposite knee, excersising all your ab muscles), swimming and jogging do help build the abdominal muscles.

Work on losing fat.
To get abs you need to have a very low percent of fat in your body. I don't know exactly how much or how you calculate it. I think guys in the gym should know that.

Just working on your abs getting stronger and stronger will not help.
When you gain muscle you always gain a little bit of fat too. You want to get this fat to the minimum.
It doesn't really matter how strong your abs are as long as there is fat hiding them.

For precise exercises you should ask someone more experienced.
And know that not everything will work for you, so be patient and never give up.

don't focus on ur abs, yes do crunches and stuff but your abs not going to pop up if u just do those, ur goal is to lose the body fat that is covering it, EVERYONE HAS A SIX PACK just that we have layers of fat on top of it so we can't see it. the fat around the abs are usually the hardest to lose. you might want to try the following that burns fat:

lunges 2-3 sets with 12-15 reps per set, works ur leg muscles, the biggest group of muscle on the body so u burn more fat
squats same reason as lunges
cobra, and plank exercises for ur abs, should be able to google them to see how to do them.

get on a bike or treadmill and do interval training, go at a pace that's just right for about 30 seconds then sprint or pedal like crazy for the next 30 then back to reg pace.

Well, for getting six packs the only thing needed is hard work... get proper diet, do crunches, go regular gym.. You can't make six packs in a day or weeks, it is a long process and you should have patience to do hard work regularly for 5-6 months.

I love my six packs and do work out for almost 2 hours daily, 7 days!!

Actually, I like kamesan's response.
Diet is very important.
Also, you may want to have smaller meals, but eat the same amount.
For instance, instead of having 3 meals a day, have 6.
Just cut the 3 meals in half.
By doing so, you sspeed up the body's fat burning process. Also I would investigate eating negative calorie foods. (type it in Google and do your research).
300 calories of strawberries may cause your body to use much more calories than you get. Hence the term Negative Calories...

Try that for starters

All of you have got the right ideas. you need a good diet, you have to have a mind set, a good routine aswell. i brought this book and it told me what kinds of meals to have and what routines to do and in about 4-6 weeks my abs started coming out. you should check it out and let me know if it helped you, as it should Smile

I am glad to help you as you are saying you have got tips from your friends but it doesn't work. So i am gone tell you my exercise tips basically i am doing heavy crunches with the help of steel plates.
And strictly avoid rice and bread in your food. Have more salad and fruit....

Some basic and easy exercises for 6 pack abs are leg lifts, the plank, and the crunch, this workout is for the chest, triceps and even involve your back and shoulder muscles...
