How to get rid of Corn in leg?

I have a painful corn in my little finger in the leg. Initially I thought it was just a thick layer of skin. But now it has started to pain and the corn has a reddish colour. This is the third corn that is developing on my foot, but the first one causing pain. Is there anything to worry? Should I need a treatment? If so, please suggest a reliable clinic?
