So I've been working out at school..and I've lost like 7 pounds. I do the elliptical for like 30-45 mins 3-5 days a week... which works on your leg and butt muscles. I saw my boyfriend this weekend and he said my butt got smaller...I'm glad the working out has been working...but it took away my butt lol..and I want to lose stomach fat. I'm glad my boobs didn't get smaller....but anyway...is there anyway to make my butt bigger or toner...or something haha. Thanks!!

there is hope!
The same thing happened to me, and I went on the elliptical machine with a little resistance, and my butt became a little rounder, more firm and higher up there Smile The stair climber also works, as well as lunges. Make sure you are eating enough protein for the muscle to get larger. I swear it works!

My husband always says "You can do sidebends or sit ups but please don't lose that butt!!!" a quote from Sir Mix Alot I think.
Stair climber and squats will build up your glutes which will give you more junk in the trunk Smile

butt exercises
Most exercises won't do anything for the butt, you need to work very specific muscles. Also, you can have the strongest gluts in the world, but if they're hidden under a layer of fat (and cellulite), nobody will see them. So you need to get rid of fat too (which takes care of cellulite as well).
