Q: How to gain weight?
asked by: cvv on October 6th, 2008

So, this past summer i decided to start eating more. I considered myself skinny (weighed around 50kg) and i was 165cm tall!
Now, in october, I'm weighing 55kg (at least this morning), but i still think i'm too skinny (i'm now 168cm tall)!
I practice rugby, and i could use the extra weight!
How can i gain some weight healthy? i was thinking something in the mark of 60-62kg or so...

All help appreciated!
Thanks

Do you know anything about your rate of metabolism? That might be a place to start.

my rate of metabolism... i dunno if this is what you want, but if i'm hungry, one bread is enough, but i can eat much more till i'm full. I used to eat much less than i eat now, but it was enough to ease my hunger.
