How to firm up larger sagging breasts Posted: 03-18-08 13:23pm
Hi everyone. I have a question about my
breasts I hope you can help me with.
In middle school my breasts were DD, but
as I went through highschool and got into
sports I lost weight and they have gone
done to right between C and D (its
impossible to find a bra that fits).
But having gone through all these changes
in my life I feel like it has made my
breasts a bit saggier than I'd like. They
arent that bad, not flat or anything. But
I am working out again and I would like to
know if anyone knows any work outs I could
do to lift my breasts and make them
firmer. Is this possible?

I seen on tv 1 time where you could lift
your hands over your head, straight up in
the air, w/ your hands together & like
stretch you hands & arms up ward
towards the sky. Then relax & keep
repeating......
I don't kno if it will help, but it would
be worth a try...
I have big boobs too, so I kno how you
feel! (lol)
Hope I was some help!!!!! Good Luck!!!!

I'm not sure how much of a lift you are
looking for. Extreme lift unfortunately
can't really happen by exercise alone.
However, if you are looking for a slight
lift, doing push ups and lifting small
weights work out your chest muscles and
help to build a bit more muscle, thus
lifting your breasts slightly so they sag
less. Working on posture will help too if
you make sure to sit up straight. Of
course, there is always the savior of a
good bra!

I agree with Penquins. Push ups will firm
the muscle under the breast and give some
lift. Go to a boutique that specializes in
fitting bras. Wearing a bra that fits
properly can make all the difference in
the world and will help to prevent gravity
from taking over. Unfortunately age,
genetics and having children do not play
in our favor in this department.

Have you tried swimming? By swimming not
only it helps to firm the muscles around
the chest area it is also good for cardio
(heart). Good luck hope that helps. Hart74

I don't have the money for a bra like that
but as soon as i do
im gunna get one.
OMG!!! yes, i AM a swimmer. I have been a
swimmer since freshman year of highschool
and was on the varsity team!!! So yes, i
swim, not as much anymore but I always
have and always will!
I guess you could say they have a little
more than normal sag for large breasts,
but arent extremely saggy. But I figured
I'm 19 and if I start now it will help in
the long run.

I think anything that works on your
pecs... it won't actually change the shape
of your breasts but strengthen the muscles
underneath them, which might help. And
just make sure you wear a bra regularly,
(which I'm sure you do) because girls who
go without bras often get hit by gravity
much harder
