I am a 34 year old woman who has decided to cut back on alcohol. I have gotten into the habit of drinking half a bottle of wine at least two/three nights in the week with more at weekends. I can easily drink a whole bottle to myself. I have added up the units and I am way over the recommneded amount.
My problem is that after I have one drink, I find it difficult to stop and keep going!
For health reasons etc I really want to give this a go. Does anyone have an ideas with regards to how I go about this?
