how soon can symptoms be felt?

I stopped birth controls in November of 2010, went through one odd cycle where I bled twice in a month, then got onto a "regular" 28 day cycle. My LMP began on 3/2 in the middle of the night and ended in the morning on 3/4. My husband and I had unprotected sex on 3/4, 3/5 and 3/6 and then periodically throughout the next week. on 3/11, exactly a week after i'd stopped bleeding, my breasts began to swell. I got sporadic headaches as well as upper and lower back pain and i had severe mood swings. Now, one week before my expected "next" period, I have blue veins very visible throughout my chests, breasts, arms and legs and I've had mild menstrual-like cramps and an increased amount of white/golden/clear discharge as well as some spotting yesterday. I've been diagnosed with PMDD so normally my cramping and back pain is very severe the week before but now it is very mild and doesn't last all day but comes and goes. Am I pregnant? Would it have been too early to tell just one week after sex?
