I am 19 year girl and have hypothyroidism. I have been takin medicines for the same for about a year .(thyronorm 75 mcg ) . I will be on a journey this week and want to delay my periods for this week . How can I do that ? A doctor asked me totake Regestrone . How safe will that be ,provided I have thyroid .

The doctor should have asked you about other medicines and conditions befor prescribing Regesterone. Your pharmacist can also check this for you.

Your other option is to use disposable menstrual cups (Instead SoftCups). You can keep it in for up to 12 hours before changing, and it is perfectly safe for anything else you may want to do, even sex.
