How many weeks pregnant am I?

I took a clear Blue test last week Thursday and it said Pregnant 3+ weeks.
Does that mean that I was four weeks or more last week? Very confused because when I went to the Gynecologist yesterday he could see the sack but hardly any embryo which either means I am still too early or there is an issue...

I told him I thought I might be six weeks because I added two weeks from time of last period which I think confused the issue...

Please help with advice.
