How many times were you sick last year?

I was only sick a couple of times last year. But I make sure to take vitamins every day, and an immune system enhancer supplement so that I can prevent illness. Being sick sucks.

I was sick several times...I often am...I take coumadin for blood thinning and it is made from rat poison and boy does it upset the tummy =(

Hi Homer. I take a combination of herbs in a liquid form. I think that there's echinacea, goldenseal, garlic and 10+ more supplement extracts in this one thing I take called Immunal. I'm not sure if you can get it where you are?
