Welcome to ehealthforum,
Water intake should be increased during pregnancy to avoid dehydration and to ensure good circulatory volume. Drink about 10-12 glasses measuring about 200-250ml (not cups) of water. Be in regular follow-up with your treating gynecologist/obstetrician. Keep fetal kick count. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. Take adequate rest.
