Ive tried the calorie counter but cant seem to get it right.
My diet at the moment is:
Apple x 1
Lunch Tomato soup
Dinner Rice with chicken or anything as long as its small portions
My family have said I look awful and have said they will force me to the doctors unless I change so today I have started but its killing me I have weighed myself like every 2 hours I like my old diet so bad and donât want to change.. L
My new diet from today
Oat so simple one sachet with semi skimmed milk
Apple and strawberrys
Dinner â chicken and rice
I feel with the above im going to gain loads of weightâ¦ I donât want to
Is this loads of calories as Iâm finding this change very hard
Does anyone know how many calories my new diet woudl be round abouts?
Hi MMMkkkatt....I suggest you talk to a doctor about your eating problem...You are not eating enough and your thought process on this diet is going to get you in trouble...Your family is right...Get some help...Take care...
please talk to a doctor. neither of your diets are healthy and your concern with gaining weight like that is a little obsessive. those are eating disordered behaviors. i have been in eating disorder treatment centers so i know an eating disorder one when i see one. please get help. i know its hard, trust me i know. but it really does help
