i am curious to know how long everyone has been a vegetarian? why did you decide to become vegetarian?

I'm not yet a vegetarian, but I respect those who are and kind of idealize the lifestyle. Vegetarians SMELL so much better than meat eaters, for one. And for another...I find that my veggie friends have great skin!

they smell better? i have never really notcied, maybe becuase i am one and have never really paid any attention to it. I have been a vegetarian for over a year and a half now, I love it and dont think I will ever eat meat again!

2 years for me come this august. i've lost over 50 pounds with this lifestyle (and including exercise). of course i've gained 10 or 15 back from the damn cheeses

Funny how people get arrested for abusing a dog, meanwhile companies are beating, branding, torturing and slaughtering hundreds of thousands of animals (most of which are more intelligent than domesticated animals). That's the most hypocritical b/s I've ever seen.
