Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to predict how fast your body would respond to the treatment prescribed. Some women start responding within 1-3 months, others might take longer. Follow the instructions as given by your treating doctor and take the medications regularly as instructed. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/new symptoms immediately.
Have diet with foods rich in zinc content to ensure better maturation of egg and sperms. Monitor cervical mucus changes and the BBT (basal body temperature) charting to predict your ovulation and time your intercourse for having fruitful results. Once you start having period and also start on Clomid, you can request for getting Follicular scan done to monitor the follicle growth and predict ovulation day to help you time your intercourse for having fruitful results. All the best.
Take care.
