Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
You should consider visiting your gynecologist for hormonal work-up to see if the levels have reached menopausal levels. Sometimes the bleeding could be due to underlying problems like endometrial hyperplasia, DUB, uterine problems, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, etc. Consider getting ultrasound scan done to look for any internal abnormality. Treatment options as appropriate would be started to help you control the bleeding and symptoms. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating doctor/gynecologist.
Take care.
