How long a celibate is usually needed to cure porn-induced ED? I read somewhere that 8 weeks should do the trick but here people say at least 4 months or even many years.

Also, I heard that it's ok to orgasm once in a while as long as you don't do it to porn. Is this true? If I start orgasming/sex after the 8 weeks, will the healing still continue as long as I don't watch porn?
