i think you should leave smoking and it is only possible if you increase your will power.

I agree with both completely. Nothing will work as effectively as your will power to want to do it. I have seen my best friend give up after nearly 20 yrs of smoking nearly a packet & half everyday. Nothing worked on her. One day she just quit. It was only her desire to quit smoking & the resolve that made her do it.

How I approached quitting
I took one week to cut back then went cold turkey in week two. Have lots of hand to mouth items you can replace the cigarette. I used straws, candys, sunflower seeds, and water bottles with nipple tops. Get through the first 3 days of cold turkey and you will ride the momentum you have built, remeber how bad they taste as you were cutting back in week one. It's an easier task than it seems. Tell yourself you're old enough and wise enough to know you can do it and want to do it.

I know several folks that do recommend the e-cigs, mainly because it helps step you away from smoking actual cigarettes and it isn't quitting "cold turkey" so to speak. I would suggest baby steps like that. In my case I did stop out right a few times and I was finally able to kick the habit. I feel that you'll find different things work for different people.

If you're a regular smoker, your body has gotten used to having nicotine and other chemicals around all the time. You will probably feel some symptoms of withdrawal when you stop smoking. This means that you might have a headache, feel queasy, and uncomfortable or nervous or you may just crave cigarettes. Your health is in your hand.

Smokeless Cigarettes are an alternative to a cigarette..
they are hygienic and has no electronics.. you can put it in a pocket like a packet of cigarettes..
its pack and nicotine is similar..can be used in the similar way..less harmful..no tobacco and no tar..you can try it any time anywhere..

Wellbutrin is really helpful when giving up cigs, at least it was for me. There is just no desire at all to smoke.

Hey, smoking is a real pain. My dad got over it eventually but switching to those electric cigar stuff. It's just water vapor I think so you should check it out. It still has nicotine though but overall better for you
