I do treadmill,weights and stretches...i am trying yoga but I need a class...

Uh oh lol. How about none of the above! I don't exercise apart from my daily work around the house and walking around when I'm shopping. I might do a few crunches here and there, but then I'm stupid for that because it ends up killing my back and I can't get off the floor lol.

I do a little bit of everything, but mainly cardio (swimming).
I'll be in a yoga class this year too!

On the boat!
Treadmill and weight lifting. I have to literally MAKE myself do this everyday. I have learned this is a MUST for a healthy life.....also, to maintain a healthy weight.

You know, I'm going to put weight lifting. I carry screaming babies around all the time that weight 16 lbs and up.

I love cardio- running is a big one. However, I've been unable to due to my ED for a couple months now. Makes me so sad. Sad

I am thinking of looking into Yoga or Swimming as both Cardio and weights is out for me. My joints can't take physical strain and I have two prolapsing valves with regurgetation, meaning cardio is a death sentence
