Does anyone have this same problem?

Hi Fat40,

Controlling my binge eating tendencies was always a challenge for me in the past. I’ve successfully overcome my urges but I tell you that I still do have urges at times. To control binge eating, you must first recognize that you have compulsive eating habits… that you have B.E.D. You can’t control it, when in the first place, you are not honest enough to yourself.

Advance planning is the key!!! I always have some plan in my mind of what to do when food is practically everywhere. I think that you should also practice this. I also tell myself over and over again that “You are not really hungry!” I also do other stuff, mingle with friends or drink water just to combat my urge.
If I can do it, you can certainly do it too!
