I have a problem that i very much brought on myself, but which may affect my partner's safety.

Two nights ago i had unprotected sex with a (female) sex worker. In the morning, wracked with guilt for cheating on my girlfriend, it occurred to me that i would also be putting her at risk of contracting any STDs I was exposed to. When we have sex we normally use condoms for vaginal intercourse, but not for oral sex. To complicate matters, she (and presumably I) have HPV, and she is currently suffering from genital warts (we have been having vaginal sex less commonly as a result).

I know i should be honest with her, but am worried about adding to her stress levels at this moment as she is in the middle of extreme problems with her family. Yes i also know I should have thought of this sooner.

Additional information: I am in egypt at present and the sex worker was sudanese.

What are my options regarding protecting her from infection?
