How can you get implants in your penis?

It is possible to increase the size but this is usually
for men with smaller size not for guys with average or
larger.

They cut a tendon at the top to make the penis drop lower
so it looks longer when soft but it is not much longer
than before the cut, I believe maybe half an inch.
They can also cut the bottom line of your penis and
put in a fat graft under the skin to make it look fatter
but I believe the body consumes the fat over time.

I have seen it done and it did look bigger than the
before pic's.
