I had taken my pill at the scheduled time, 7:00 am Friday morning, then I had unprotected sex late Saturday morning BEFORE remembering to take my pill. I remembered to take it IMMEDIATELY after and have been back on schedule but my boyfriend and I have not been using any other form of birth control (besides the pill) since the incident. This was during the third week on my pack, which I have read on other websites that I am supposed to immediately stop using this pack and start a new one incase of ovulation, is this accurate? How high is the risk of pregnancy in my situation?

About 12 pm, not even 10 minutes after I had sex.

If I understand correctly, you only took your pill 5 hours later than you usually take it.
If you are taking a combined oral contraceptive pill, then that 5 hours does NOT qualify your pill as late or missed and you are still fully protected. In fact, a pill is not considered missed until it is a full 12 hours late. Combined pills have a LOT of leniency as to when you take them.

If it is a progestin-only pill, then you have a problem. It is essential to take progestin-only pills during the same 3 hour window every day. Otherwise, protection can be compromised.
