I have been working out a lot lately due to the fact that I am in my local Rugby team. But for some reason I have a loss of appetite and increased body temperature. At night it's like I'm in an oven. Its so hot that I have to move to a different part of the bed more than 10 times before I fall asleep. My room is extremely cold and I use a thin comforter to sleep with. Is this due to the fact that I have increased my work out? Also what about my eating, I can only eat a small proportion of food at a time.
