hot spots are foreplay! if my hospot is kissing my neck, and rubbing the middle part of my back at the same time. that's my hot spot and is foreplay.

My girlfriend loves the kissing/nibbling on the neck but she also loves the biting on the nipples, always get's her ready for sex.

I used to have hotspots.... my neck, and my nipples... then I met my bf and it doesn't matter what he does, I'm so in love with the guy that all he has to do is look at me with intent and I'm ready.

I generally like to strike the back just above the shoulderblades with open hand, gradually pull the hair or Bite into the meat of the shoulder. But really every person is going to have completely different hot spots and what constitutes a hotspot will change as they grow sexually. Additionally as you pick up new skills as a lover you're approach to hotspots will also change. Start with the girl you're with, she's going to be the only one who can tell you were her hotspots are, touch and find out, if you're feeling a little lost, ask her for directions. One of the best things about learning to be a better lover is the connections you build with the people who end up teaching you.

that is so, so true. my ex wasn't interested in foreplay or exploration and it was a very rough seven years. I am closer to my bf and its only been six months, we dont live together yet or anything but we are honest and unselfish with each other and its great.
