Hey everyone. Things are getting more weird. Can pregnantcy symptoms include hot flashes/flushes, a hard upper abdomen, distinct smells, always hungry but no appetite, and mood swings.

Never heard of the hard upper abdomen, but the rest are definitely symptoms of pregnancy but do not always mean pregnancy. Have you missed a period? I would go to a doctor if you are concerned about hard upper abdomen... nothing is impossible though
