I have hot flashs way too often for no reason at all. Like right now...im sitting down, in my office, with a fan on, and im still overheated..im not doing anything! Im even wearing a t shirt and skirt...theres no reason why i should be so warm!

It gets so bad that I sweat...non stop. Its so embarrasing!!! I hate having my customers seeing me sweat like this...its so gross. i need to know whats wrong with me, as i havent had this problem before.

Im thinkin maybe it could be from anxiety. I noticed that thru the last year its became a problem for me...im always so stressed out! could this be the problem? and if so...do i need to go to the doctor before i have a complete anxiety attack??

I didn't get your age - pre-menopausal? I guess not just stress. Yes first a medical checkup to make sure all is clear. There might be something a physician can pick up.
Second, think about the sources of your anxiety and stress. Think about when you DO NOT sweat. Try to identify the situations where the sweating occurs. For stress and anxiety there is usually a trigger or a series of triggers that start the worry. Remember, stress and anxiety are mentally driven - that is - our thoughts create the tension. But when we are stressed we DO have physical responses(sweating, heart palpitations, increased BP etc).

So physician for checkup then try to identify triggers.
